CityBB User Agreement

This User Agreement (the Agreement) governs the use of CityBB for posting and viewing listings. By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

1. Definitions and parties

• Service / CityBB — an online platform for publishing listings.
• Administration — the operator that manages the Service and moderation.
• User — a natural or legal person who creates an account and/or posts or views listings.
• Listing — any message (text, images or other materials) posted by a User.
• Paid options — promotional features for listings available for a fee.

2. General provisions

• The Service provides a technical platform and is not a party to transactions between Users.
• Minimum age: 18+. Users provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• The Administration may edit, limit visibility of, or remove content that violates this Agreement or law.

3. Prohibited content and restrictions

Publishing the following is forbidden (non‑exhaustive): access to gambling; services with crypto‑assets without licence; micro‑loan aggregators, quick money, pyramid schemes, phishing or fraud; trading signals, forex services, investment clubs and dubious investments; narcotics, precursors, smoking mixes; uncertified e‑cigarettes; weapons, ammunition, explosives, professional pyrotechnics, self‑defence means without permit; counterfeit, stolen or humanitarian goods; IP‑infringing products; prescription‑only medicines and unproven supplements; medical services without licence; personal data, IDs, state insignia or identifiers; pornographic content, escort or intimate services, surrogacy, organ trade; hate or extremist propaganda and incitement to violence or illegal activity.

Documents proving legality may be required; refusal or reasonable doubts lead to removal without refund.

4. Posting standards

• Choose the relevant category and city, write honest descriptions, and upload your own photos only.
• Spam, link farms, tracking pixels or malicious code are forbidden.
• One product or service per listing unless the category explicitly allows bundles.

5. Paid options and fees

Basic publication is free. Paid promotion options may place a listing higher in lists for a defined period. The scope and price are shown before payment.

6. Payments, receipts and refunds

• Payment by card, Apple Pay / Google Pay or bank transfer (where available). A receipt is sent by email.
• The service is deemed delivered once a paid option is activated.
• Refund within 14 days if the option was not activated or in case of a technical incident; request via support with order ID and description. Payment system fees are not refunded except where caused by CityBB error.

7. Card security (PCI DSS)

Where card data are entered directly on CityBB, transmission and storage comply with PCI DSS. We use encryption, access control and security monitoring. CityBB does not store full card data after the transaction and does not disclose them to third parties other than the processor for authorisation.

8. Intellectual property and licence

• Users must own or have rights to materials they upload. Third‑party IP must be respected.
• By posting, the User grants CityBB a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, cache, display and distribute the listing for the period it is available on the Service.

9. Privacy and cookies

• We process only data provided voluntarily (name, email, phone, billing details).
• Processing is carried out under applicable data‑protection law — including GDPR where relevant — solely to provide the Service, support and legal compliance.
• Rights of access, rectification, restriction and erasure via support. Cookies and similar technologies are used for authentication, analytics and personalisation.

10. Sanctions and KYC/AML

• We comply with international sanctions and anti‑money‑laundering requirements. We may request identity or payment verification and decline or block transactions that raise compliance concerns.

11. Liability and warranties

• Listings are created by Users. CityBB is not responsible for their accuracy, safety or lawfulness and does not guarantee fulfilment by parties.
• The Service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for paid options in the last 3 months.

12. Blocking and removal

Accounts or listings that violate the Rules may be limited, hidden or removed. Repeated or severe violations may lead to blocking without refund.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the law of Ukraine. Courts of Ukraine have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

15. Final provisions

• If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force (severability).
• This version replaces all previous arrangements on the subject matter.
• The Administration may update the Agreement; continued use after publication means acceptance of the new terms.
